E-Monev — Government Monitoring & Evaluation Platform
A web-based monitoring and evaluation system that gives government agencies a real-time view of budget realization, project progress, and performance indicators — replacing manual spreadsheet consolidation.

The Challenge
Regional governments tracked budget realization and project KPIs through spreadsheets submitted manually by each department. Consolidating them into a single up-to-date picture for leadership was slow and error-prone.
Approach
I built a centralized reporting platform where departments submit progress data directly through the system, with dashboards that roll budget realization, project milestones, and KPI tracking up to leadership in real time.
Outcome
Adopted by 5 regional governments to track budget realization and project progress in real time, cutting out the manual back-and-forth of spreadsheet consolidation.
