E-Office — Enterprise Document & Workflow Management System
A digital correspondence and workflow management platform that replaces paper-based approval chains with a centralized, trackable system — built for government and enterprise organizations with multi-level sign-off requirements.

The Challenge
Correspondence and approvals moved between departments on paper or over email, with no central record of where a document was in the process. That meant delays, lost documents, and no audit trail when something needed to be traced back.
Approach
I built a centralized workflow engine that routes each document through a configurable approval chain matching the institution's own org structure, with role-based access so every user only sees what's relevant to them, and a full status log at every step.
Outcome
Deployed across 7 institutions — including INALUM, BKKBN Yogyakarta, and several regency governments — turning correspondence that used to take days into a same-day approval flow, with a complete digital audit trail.
